Technical Account Manager
CurrentServe as a strategic partner for clients in the areas of digital marketing, e-commerce, and retail by maintaining the onboarding of key medium to large accounts, building consultative relationships with clients through strong verbal and written communication skills.Analyze metrics of online full funnel marketing campaigns and report key findings and insights to client. Evaluate opportunities for new user growth and expand Quartile’s partnership with their customers, increasing customer value (new channel expansion, higher budgets, additional brands).Utilize strong organizational skills to onboard up to 25 medium to large clients at a time, working closely with internal analyst and product teams on strategy and setup of comprehensive marketing campaigns including but not limited to creative strategy, new customer acquisition, and data driven strategic development.
