Inspirations of an economics major and a business major arose from the beginnings of my personal business. Where my business lies in buying and selling inventory in relation to items in the sneaker and clothing industry. Learning skills in programs such as excel and word, and then skills in in-person attributes such as sales, scheduling, meetings, and online communication. Along with the attributes such as understanding the market, market trends and market failures. Initially pursuing a major in English, the pandemic caused for a pause in my education and then once returned, I soon saw a vision for my career to be related to fields surrounding economics and business. My whole life I have been spending my summer camps, since the age of eight, I had been a kid at camp and then at the age of seventeen, I began my camp counselor and lifeguard experience by volunteering, and then ever since, I had been employed at summer camps. With my most recent year at Camp Massapoag (for the YMCA @ Lowell) I had the opportunity to function as a leader for the waterfront position. Acting as the waterfront director, I got the opportunity to manage employees while performing aquatic actions with the highest level of safety.Graduating with a major in business and a minor in writing and business, I look to work in fields surrounded by either data, research, or analytics.
