These include but are not limited to acid spots, sliding sleeves (with many different ball dropping systems), Quadra frac system, Super Rheo (gelled oil), Lightning system, Medallion frac system, N2 foam jobs up to 70Q, CO2, nitrogen breakdowns, various slick waters, gelled acid, nitrified acid tubing clean outs, tubing fracs, limited entry, and horizontals. • Maintain communication between customer, yard, and region offices as jobs progress. Keep accurate timeline of jobs events and crew duty status. • Evaluate well sites prior to spotting water tanks, sand masters, and pumping equipment. Spot fracturing equipment on challenging locations (small sites with workover rigs, pump jacks, multiple wireline units, 3rd party pressure testing units, ect). • Perform jobsite audits ensuring employees are maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company and customer standard practices and procedures. • Assist in training new supervisors in all aspects of the job from the time the crew leaves the yard till they return home. • Complete all required job paperwork in an accurate timely manner. Paperwork includes but is not limited to job charts, graphs, treatment reports, field receipts for billing, performance evaluations, JSA’s, ect. • Proficient in adjusting for and calculating many types of proppants and flex materials, chemical rates, fluid rates, slurry rates, ect.
