About Scott Duncan

As a logistics professional with twenty five (25) plus years’ experience in distribution center and logistics management, with an emphasis on improving shipping and receiving efficiency, as well as improving accuracy at the same time, by applying strong leadership skills and accurate data analysis. Having established a leadership style that empowers other management members to grow in the ownership of the established collective processes and procedures, while also striving to improve beyond the status quo, both as individuals and as a management group. Leadership is encouraged against being too cautious in their own decision-making and or suggestions for potential improvements. The group is encouraged to spend time imagining, accessing risk, collaborating, and concentrating on the what, while distributing the how, and not being too timid in decision making to fail. Our groups' use of their imagination and curiosity in their individual engagement and action, both with-in and outside of their typical day to day responsibilities, as both of these disciplines are key elements to our overall continuous improvement. I find enormous satisfaction in utilizing my experience and skill, in order to help our team grow as individuals, and as a group.

The use of multiple systems, including our own stand-alone WMS (warehouse management system), along with the customers systems and the coordination of all of those, to ensure order accuracy, fulfillment viability, and proper shipment of food grade items to end users is one of our strengths.
