Serves as the Senior Enlisted Leader for the United States Air Forces Central Command Force Protection Directorate, advising on effective organization, training, and equipping of 1.1K deployed force protection Airmen operating at 7 locations across 5 Air Expeditionary Wings. Leads a 52-person staff responsible for developing policy and procedures to secure 10.3K United States Air Force personnel and 340 combat aircraft supporting combat operations throughout the United States Central Command Area of Responsibility.

Managed 287 Security Forces members performing daily security for Protection Level 1 assets valued at $3.9B including the coveted aircraft, Air Force One. In addition, monitored aircraft security plans for the President of the United States, Vice President of the United States, First Lady of the United States, Cabinet Secretaries, and senior United States government officials. Led and executed the unit's annual training plan ensuring all employees were trained and equipped to perform security duties. Developed and planned policies and procedures for the Air Force's only Protective Services and largest Phoenix Raven sections in support of Protection Level 1 & 2 resources.

Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC)/Flight Sergeant (Shift Supervisor) of the Elite Gate Guard within the 11th Security Forces Squadron at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. Responsible for leading and managing a 80-person diverse police force charged with the execution of elite installation entry controller duties (vehicles & pedestrians) at the Main, Virginia, and West gates of the installation. Oversaw security/law enforcement operations for 26K base employees/base residents. Supervised joint United States Secret Service details in support of the President and Vice President of the United States, senior government officials, and foreign heads of state. Oversaw the protection of Special Air Mission(s), Protection Level 1, 2, & 3 aircraft and facilities valued at $1B. Personally organized/created duty schedules; supervised/tracked individual and team training and conducted task proficiency exercises as required per Air Force Instruction.

Leader of selective unit; responsible for providing direct security for the National Military Command Center (NMCC) and Joint Staff. Performed armed ceremonial escorts for the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) and foreign dignitaries. Monitored/responded to alarms in 53 Joint Staff (JS) Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF). Assessed alarm activations, implemented preventive response measures and prepared incident reports & blotters. Duty required a TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Led 75 Air Force Security Forces members performing force protection duties to protect personnel and resources assigned to Warner Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Managed six installation access points 99 alarmed facilities, 82 controlled areas, and 5 Protection Level restricted areas. Served as the senior police representative during emergency operations. In addition, as an investigator, conducted criminal investigations of offenses on an total force Air Force base supporting 25k personnel and $15B in critical Department of Defense resources. Maintained liaison and participates in joint investigations with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) and local law enforcement agencies. Prepared reports of investigations, testified in military courts martial, and civil criminal judicial proceedings. Program Manager and Terminal Agency Coordinator for the National Crime Information Center (NCIC). Maintained/Managed seized evidence as the Evidence Locker Custodian overseeing thousands of dollars in illegal contraband/drugs and seized items connected to crimes committed within the jurisdiction.
