I am a graduate of Virginia Tech and a licensed Professional Engineer with a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering, a licensed Home Inspector, a licensed Real Estate Indivdual and a licensed Class A Contractor. My diverse background includes ownership and management of a full service civil engineering firm, a design build company, a construction company, a development company and a manufacturing company of engineered solutions. Managing and working directly within these companies has provided me a deep understanding of the details, requirements and nuances of each phase of complicated development projects from planning through design, construction and public relations. I have worked closely with numerous clients, local and state regulatory agencies, contractors and vendors, and other professionals on many projects as an engineer, inspector, contractor and developer and I have a keen understanding of the level of communication and cooperation required between all parties in order to have a successful project.
