I am currently working for TruTeam (formally MASCO Contractor Services) as a Commercial Project Estimator.I previously worked at SECO/Warwick Corporation located in Meadville PA as a Cost Estimator in the Vacuum Furnace Division.Recently working as a commercial fence estimator, I prepared bid proposals for various commercial sites as well as residential projects. Aside from fencing I also prepared estimates for railing and decking, as well as working in the sales office when required. I previously worked as a mechanical estimator for full service mechanical contracting companies using Estimation Software and hands on estimating for hard bid proposals. As part of my role I was involved in the pricing of mechanical systems which included site visits, meeting with clients and speaking with vendors for materials and equipment. I worked closely with production and quality on every project, project management and building rapport with each of the clients, and through this have gained positive results with each completed project.Aside from estimating, I also have twenty years of engineering background. In the design field my experience includes; HVAC, plumbing and fire protection, with extensive knowledge of AutoCad as well as MS Office programs.
