Lead Computer Operator
CurrentProvide on call technical support for clients during off, weekend, and holiday hours.· Work with customers to troubleshoot data and/or transmission issues.· Monitor FTP, sub-directories, and e-mail for customer requests and issues, Client Service information, and PDF approvals.· Responsible for uploading/ downloading files to and from our customers.· Run applications on customer input using local and remote locations via terminal emulation and remote desktop.· Manage work orders for department.· Taken lead in department for creating and maintaining job reference guides.· Assist programmers with file retrieval for testing.
