Scott comes to us from LiteWorks, Inc. where he managed a variety of tower site installations, construction management and safety training projects. Construction management of tower sites include antenna and line work, new tower builds, structural modifications and general tower and site maintenance. Performing work for Litton-PRC, CACI, Inc, General Dynamics, Sabre, Rohn, NASA, U.S. Navy, National Park Service, State of Maryland and other local and state government entities.Previously he has had 22 years of naval service as an Electronics Technician. He managed and performed installation, maintenance and repair of communications systems and radar systems both for government and commercial private sector industries. 3 new naval vessel constructions from final phase to deployment including QA, Fire Safety and systems installations and acceptance testing. Scott graduated from Brighton Senior High School in Brighton, Colorado and joined the Navy. He has traveled to 33 foreign countries and all the states except Minnesota and North Dakota which are still on his list and well as the U.S. Territories he has not seen. He has furthered his qualifications in a variety of courses including Tower climbing safety and rescue certified Instructor, tower construction, fiber optic terminations, splicing and testing, RF Line Sweeping testing, ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 17025 Quality Management.
