Construction management of tower sites include antenna and line work, new tower builds, structural modifications and general tower and site maintenance. Performing work for Litton-PRC, CACI, Inc, General Dynamics, Sabre, Rohn, NASA, U.S. Navy, National Park Service, State of Maryland and other local and state government entities.Previously he has had 22 years of naval service as an Electronics Technician. He managed and performed installation, maintenance and repair of communications systems and radar systems both for government and commercial private sector industries. 3 new naval vessel constructions from final phase to deployment including QA, Fire Safety and systems installations and acceptance testing.
