We specialise in buying and renovating unmodernised properties of all descriptions. All purchases are completed with the minimum of fuss and in short timescales. My role within the business is to locate suitable properties, and assess the suitability of the property. This is to allow the property to be fully modernised to the highest standards, and meet all current legislation and regulations re electrics / gas etc, and then to be able to re-sell the property at a realistic price, but providing the company a profit margin. I also undertake the sales negotiations and work with our company solicitor, to provide a fast and efficient purchase of the properties.Once purchased I am responsible for assessing the work required, setting out an achievable timescale and then project managing the tradespeople, materials required and there work schedules, to bring the modernisation to a successful completion within the timescale and budget allocated. Once refurbished to a very high standard, I am then responsible for the re-sale of the properties, for them to become beautiful family homes to be enjoyed for future generations.We also specialise in all types of building work, landscaping, renovations, alterations and modernisation to private clients/homes and commercial / industrial properties and buildings. All work is completed to an exceptionally high standard and to the clients satisfaction. This again is overseen by myself, from the very intial advice and sketchs for clients, to the full completed project. I offer a very bespoke, personal service, assisting the client with as much, or as little, help and advice to make the most from their properties or buildings.I always require Unmodernised / repossessed properties in all areas of Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent.

Started with the company at 17 yrs old as an apprentice ground worker / block paver. Worked for 3 years in a team at various locations completing various types of landscaping, block paving and groundwork, for both commercial and private clients. At the age of 20 I was then in charge of upto 3 teams of ground workers and block pavers, mainly working for private clients. I was responsible for the design and installation of driveways, patios and landscaped gardens, and also for the day to day running of the teams. This included arranging materials / deliveries for the site, day to day management of the employees and working with our customers to complete the work to their satisfaction.
