I have worked with Best Buy for over 23 years. I have my State of Texas TDLR license (residential appliance license). I am experienced in networking home theater systems working with 120 volts in appliances, done some repair time with washer and dryers. I have repaired TVs for several years also with Best Buy. I started off with Best Buy doing car audio work then moved over to home theater installations and networking. I have been in retail all my life and have awesome customer service skills. I have clients that request me over and over due to my customer service skills that are a rarity to find now days. I am always willing to learn more because in the end no one can take away what you have learned.
