Gained valuable experiences for 25 years employed in Madera Unified School District in Central California and Coast Unified in Cambria, California. Connecting with students is a strength of mine, as making personal relationships is such a valuable asset in education, and the reason most people become educators is to help and further the education of students. I have taught 7th to 12th graders, coached sports and teachers, written assessments, developed curriculum, led presentations, planned events, counseled students, evaluated staff, disciplined students, and everything in between during that time. Whew, what a whirlwind......and still more to come. Now I am an Principal at a private school. Another experience to help mold and shape my life, with God at the center of education instead of the worldly views we see popping up in public schools.
