I currently work within the Network Team providing tier 4 support to the business and clients, and support tier 1-3 engineers with escalations. This work focuses both on network architecture elements and BAU support. I also currently have a Graduate Engineer in training that I am responsible for on a day to day basis and am undergoing a Level 2.
