I currently work within the Network Team providing tier 4 support to the business and clients, and support tier 1-3 engineers with escalations. This work focuses both on network architecture elements and BAU support. I was promoted to this role less than 1 year after joining HighNet as a Support Technician as a reflection of my hard work and dedication to the business and my role. As the Senior Technician, I was the first point of call for any particularly difficult faults or any escalations.
