I am finishing 13 great years of Naval Service. Over those 13 years I have held many amazing job positions such as a Composite Technician, a Correctional Officer, and most recently, as a Continuous Process Improvement Manager for a company of 5,000 sailors. The thing I enjoyed the most in the 13 years was my last 4 where I got to teach Yellow Belt and Green Belt classes to sailors and help them achieve their Green Belt certification by completing various projects.
