Responsible for leading projects related to all areas of the systems development lifecycle – from systems design and requirements to testing, planning and user training to ensure a successful implementation of IT Service initiatives. Lead assessment projects to determine high level scope and estimate costs for business case approvals. Collaborate closely with Regional Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) and Service Delivery Managers (SDMs), track budgets, milestones, deliverables, and report status to key stakeholders. Initiatives include implementation of new regional or global services, processes and procedures to support BCGs Serviceability management framework, and the implementation of metric reporting and other initiatives as determined by ITS Management.

• Build partnership with the business by maintaining relationship with the end users, and acting as a liaison between users and IT• Work with Texas Office System to establish a vision and strategy for the Texas IT Service organization• Evaluate existing systems and recommend technology for upgrade and replacement, as required• Active marketing of IT services. Leverage IT as a value added service for the business• Understand new technologies and services to meet needs, stay up to date with technology and communicate actively to the staff on a regular basis• Responsible for local office Infrastructure, including server room facilities, providing onsite access to vendors as necessary for maintenance and repairs, as well as ensuring equipment is backed up in coordination with the Infrastructure group

• Provide customer service, training, and IT support to over 120 end users• Manage hardware/software asset tracking and create/update technical documentation for the local office• Coordinate repair and maintenance of IT equipment (A/V equipment, printers, PCs and phones) using external vendors • Facilitate hardware configuration and deployment for new hires and interns• Assist in regional and global projects to evaluate new mobile devices on the market and investigate new technologies to be used in Blackberry environment• Member of the Blackberry Enterprise Server Administrator team whose purpose is to provide level 2 support for Blackberry problems and participate in regional and global projects related to the Blackberry infrastructure
