In 2023 our company made the decision to move one business unit from Dynamics 365 for Sales to Salesforce as we began the process of splitting off a division of our company into a separate entity. I was transferred to the SFDC Team to assist in managing our Salesforce platform as an Administrator while continuing to manage the administration of the Dynamics 365 for Sales platform for the other division.
