Functional assessment, (e.g. end user satisfaction, functional overlaps/gaps) Technical assessment (e.g. platforms, tool proliferation, age of underlying technologies, uptime/availability, business processes) Translates project requirements into detailed designs to be implemented while balancing needs for immediate action and the POA vision Provides guidance to project teams regarding guiding principles, system and application design, coding and design standards, best practices, and system performance and availability Designs architectures which account for legacy and packaged systems. Provides knowledge leadership in technology standards and architectural governance Provides feedback to Technology Strategy & Architecture, Standard Owners, and Standard Owner Delegates on experience in complying with technology standards and design best practices
