In my current position as a Territory Sales Manager, I provide leadership and direction to a team of seven sales representative offering respiratory, anesthesia, and sleep equipment to hospital, surgery centers, sleep labs, and home care companies across the Southeastern Region of the United States. As the CEO of the company, I oversaw the daily operations of three separate locations, including leading a team of 10 employees providing sleep lab services and DME equipment. I was in charge of developing effective marketing strategies to expand customer base and create brand awareness. Additionally, I conducted product demonstrations and education seminars to patients related to Cpap and Bipap equipment. A couple of key accomplishments while in this role included: •Grew the company by $500K in the first year of business by successfully increasing the customer base to include 30 new physicians. •Achieved Sleep Lab Accreditation through the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

Managed and coached 14 employees. Grew sales from $72K to $3.8M per year. Responsible for 4 sales reps covering 3 states, MS, AL and LA. Coordinated sales incentives, sales goals and bonus programs. Responsible for contracts and purchasing of medical equipment. Participated in local and regional shows. Trained and collaborated with pharmacist on compounding equipment. Sold respiratory compounding medication, and heat seal equipment for the production of respiratory medication. Coached and collaborate with private DME companies to grow their respiratory and oxygen business. Grew sales from $10K to over $48K per month first year. Grew sales in my regional to $600K per year. Participated in national marketing shows, and local respiratory meetings.
