By the end of 2017, all IT equipment, storage, network and servers will have been replaced with modern up to date hardware and software. - Nearly 80% of IT personnel are new to Sheakley, resulting in increased technical skill sets and capabilities. - Complete overhaul of internal Customer Service systems resulting in better tracking and turn around.- Significant focus in areas of Security, Disaster Recovery, backup and applications.- Migrated away from 3rd party outsourced software development and support structure to internal team with significant boost to productivity, business relations and technical aptitude and capability.- Significant cost reductions in telecom, maintenance contracts, 3rd party services and software development and support.- Leading charge to fully automate IT wherever possible.
