As an apprentice, assisted senior developer in all areas of full-stack development for internal facing call center application utilizing PHP Laravel framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git. Role involved monitoring, implementing new features, improving existing interface and correcting breaking changes.

Supervised call center representatives in activating, modifying and closing accounts. Provided guidance, troubleshooting and account exceptions to representatives. Assisted in new hire training. Revamped knowledgebase used by call center.

Scrum Master II. Kroger Technology - Facilitated two development teams with 8-9 members each overseeing Products and Search frontend/backend of Kroger banner websites with one team local and one remote. Frequent interactions with various roles and departments to understand/define work while unblocking work as necessary. Running weekly scrum ceremonies and maintaining JIRA scrum boards. Experience with SAFe 4.0 framework, Scrum, Kanban and OKRsScrum Master / QA. Frayt Technologies Inc. - Facilitated daily standup and communicated progress, blockers, and team velocity to stakeholders existing outside of the daily standup. Performed manual testing of local builds of work being completed for android/iOS native devices and main web app being developed.

Information Technology Coordinator. Provided oversight for computer software/hardware/network/peripheral equipment supporting a staff of 20. Responsibilities included: vetting, purchasing, configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining. Additionally, created and maintained a technical instruction knowledgebase. Provided ad hoc training for employees, as needed. Project Manager and Lead Designer. Developed national online NFP class registration site, which included interface for volunteer class management and continual features roll-out. Managed Microsoft Dynamics CRM membership database. Generated internal reports using SQL and Microsoft Access. Exported data for bulk mailings. Developed and implemented directory structure for content storage across all departments. Customized CRM interface as new needs arose. Collaborated with outside developers to create and roll-out the NFP software applications CyclePRO and CycleProGo. In-house Graphic Designer. Created design/layout for print collateral and digital web presence for a wide range of CCL branded materials and products: Award winning bi-monthly Family Foundations magazine, re-design of aging NFP course material and presentation, brochures, books, annual reports, advertisements, newsletters, packaging, event signage and organization website.

Supported back-end JAVA developers with user interface guidance for client websites and open source software product (OpenEdit). Produced graphics, HTML code and CSS styling.

Provided design services to a variety of clients. Services included: technical illustration, signage, company/product/service marks, web icons, packaging, book cover design, Flash animation, instructional material, promotional material and website design.

Designed and executed graphics for the environmental industry. Graphics included engineering drawings, site maps, graphs, presentation slides, technical data sheets and photo retouching.Initiated use of AutoCAD software system for creating department drawings. Promoted to System Administrator for Midwest regional office. Administration involved creation of network of 90+ users, central server with remote dial-in, plus troubleshooting support.

Created concept sketches, product mock-ups and graphics for consumer industry. Products included outdoor grills, weight scales, toasters, lunch boxes, etc.
