Started part-time in Produce in June 2002. Move to a full -position within a few months. Duties included stocking, rotation, audit and ordering. Moved to Bakery in May 2003. Promoted to Backroom Manager within 6 months. Oversaw a stock crew of between 10 and 15 associates in stores with a volume of around $170,000 a week. Job included stocking and ordering and inventory control. Plus ordering weekly trucks averaging around 22 pallets of merchandise.(eighteen wheeler) Plus making sure store was ready for next days.
