Over 2 decades of entrepreneurial, technical and support experience. Community, family, and service are very important to me. Presently, I am the Founder and CEO of Chefsville, an educational non-profit that connects cooking with math, science, language arts and social studies to improve the quality of life for families and communities.Chefsville is the main focus of my profile as it is a non-profit organization. This allows me to work and exercise my experience in family coaching, pastoral services, and cooking, as a Chef and foodie today! Food is fascinating and fun! Educating people on health and nutrition is awesome. I deliver signature educational programs to schools, camps, libraries, and seniors along with executing birthday parties with fun and educational elements. Learning cooking as a life skill should not be super expensive, but taught as an act of service for family and community betterment. Demonstrating great-tasting food and coming up with original recipes for everyone is rewarding.Currently working on the creation of content for community involvement, community development, executive education and community outreach.Specialties: Cooking, educational content development, mentoring, crisis rescue, and children's advocacy.Past experience includes being president of DNA Angels.org, computer repair, non-profit association management, hospitality, telecommunications, education and entertainment industries. I am Kitchen Manager Certified and have strong business analysis and systems design, requirements gathering, operational analysis, programming, coding, testing, implementation, applications design, help desk, Help Desk 2000 certified, A+ certification and lots of Microsoft background.
