• Responsible for Project and Program Management for the Department of Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense. • Managed a 12-person agile development team responsible for replacing the entire Veteran Affairs Call Center CRM from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics. • In 2015, elected as the non-partisan arbitrator between the State of Wyoming and Big Oil for the 10-year land management plan. • Held a position on the VA OI&T budget committee, during which was responsible for prioritizing fund allocation of over $4B. • Developed and implemented the Non-VA Care Change Management Plan, which guided VA to consolidate all outside care contracts into one national contract, now called the VA Choice Program. • Developed and presented Executive Summaries and Issue Briefings for Veteran Service Organizations, Congress, and Labor Unions.• Routinely worked on SOWs for contracts $250M+

Mr. Hull led the creation and presentation of proposals and quotes to private and public sector clients. Examples of Federal clients are the Department of Justice, Department of Defense and the Federal Aviation Administration.

Assisted Principal of the company with sales and marketing efforts, with a primary focus on developing new clients. Developed demographic and financial reports for meetings with clients. Took clients on site tours, presented and explained the project pro forma.

Mr. Hull participated in planning and conducting multiple research studies, including leading a study on malaria in Mozambique, Africa which was an initiative to help stop the spread of Malaria in Mozambique with the help of the Penn State Entomologists and Biologists. Funding for this research was granted by the Melinda Gates Foundation.
