I am currently Vice President and General Counsel of Southern Management Corporation. Previously, I was a partner in the Real Estate Transactions group at Linowes and Blocher. Prior to joining Southern, I represented developers, commercial landlords and tenants, institutional investors, lenders and other parties to complex real estate transactions. I assisted clients in a wide array of matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing transactions, joint ventures and commercial leases. I also have experience in representing lenders with enforcement of remedies - chiefly workouts, foreclosures and receivership cases.
