I make it a priority to respect others, despite possible differences, while serving them with the highest honor. In my current position and rank, I have striven to be a leader, a tactical and technical expert in my field, one who others may turn to for the answers and results that they need quickly and efficiently. It is my desire to lead, mentor and motivate those around me to excel at every task placed before us. I am passionate about training airmen/coworkers to be better prepared for the missions and tasks we will face, whether that be stateside or around the globe. I feel that the best way to lead these men and women is to lead by example. Since I have had the opportunity to serve with and under great leaders who have set the bar high for me, I am excited to have the opportunity to demonstrate the things I have learned while hopefully providing my airmen/coworkers with valuable skills, guidance, and expertise.I take great pride in what I do and I know that serving my country will provide me with the opportunity to meet, learn from and grow, as well as serving great people. While I by no means feel that I have all the answers, I do feel that I have the drive for knowledge and the ability to make good decisions with authority and appropriate leadership. As a defender of our nations freedom, I join with others to embrace the foundation of the Constitution since it is the heart and soul of the success of future generations. As a citizen of the United States of America, I am overwhelmed with pride, a sense of duty, and the responsibility to do whatever I can to greater protect my country.
