I source this from our analytical tools, to help shape their growth plans, to hit their objectives of increasing market share, and retaining clients. I track trends, and present these back to show their performance.● I built, and delivered, sales training courses to client’s sales teams to demonstrate where success lies within the products to ensure they are using the products/software to their full potential. ● I ensured that strategies were agreed, and delivered by ensuring the internal and external communication was clear, so I could manage the sales process on large, and small scale software sales.● Sharing relevant sector data by collating trends and performance of other sites, and the market place would help to entrust the clients with making decisions that would help to shape their digital strategy, and would demonstrate that product and client knowledge was key in the relationships growing.
