I have worked in the area of challenging behavior and applied behavior analysis since 1983 in settings ranging from private homes to state psychiatric facilities. As a school psychologist in Pasco County FL, most of my experience focused on challenging behavior, severe mental health issues, alternative education options, juvenile justice and student discipline systems. These efforts included both facilitating appropriate supports and providing training on best practices. My current focus is on designing and facilitating professional developing activities for educators on challenging behavior, classroom management and 21st Century Skills / Social Emotional Learning.
