• Oversee day-to-day management of a staff of over fifty individuals ensuring all activities are running smoothly.• Responsible for the hiring and termination of employees as well as handling employee conflicts in a professional manner.• Implement cost saving plans by utilizing and performing time studies along with historical and statistical data• Audit, process, and, prepare reports and budgets while maintaining budgets for plant wide operations• Produce production schedules to meet the needs of customer orders and inventory levels.• Work with customers and staff to coordinate timely shipments, deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.• Inspect quality of products prior to shipping.
