Responsible for developing, executing, managing and maintaining enterprise-wide GIS implementation for the authority using ESRI ArcGIS. Focused on application development using the Esri JavaScript and Web Application Builder framework including developing, prototyping and building web applications to meet the users needs. Supported ArcGIS desktop applications, data capture, spatial analytics, spatial database optimising and GIS server. Trained end users on GIS technologies and data capture. Responsible for developing, maintaining, supporting and implementing best practices for the corporate EDMS (Therefore).
