Execute administrative and clerical functions of clubs operations by performing the following duties: using various computer software programs, imputing of membership data, compiling and maintaining membership data, answering e-mail from members. Generating reports using Peach Tree, Word and Excel. Assists in all club shipments including making address and credit card changes, assisting with returns, lost or damaged shipments and customer service issues. Assists in compiling list of expired credit cards, contacting members for updating credit card information and canceling members where appropriate. Assist in special events including release parties, special mailings, print materials, invitations, taking reservations, etc. Send newsletters, promotional materials and other publications to persons on mailing list as needed. Sending mass emails regarding credit card expirations and account updates.
