Manage the business relationships, physical and intellectual assets, and personnel for the service departments encompassed by the Administrative Services Division (Purchasing, Mail Services, Supply Central, Reprographics, and Asset Management). Meet with clients/departments periodically to assess their needs and respond to and resolve complaints/issues. Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating of departmental Manuals, Guides, Newsletters, Documents, etc. Develop marketing strategies and customer surveys.

Serve as primary communications liaison to the University and supplier communities, including ensuring currency of policies, intranets, and public-facing content. Create University-wide or group specific communications and develop web content to inform of policy changes, service changes, etc. Responsible for conducting necessary reviews and analyses to ensure compliance with contracts, suppliers, and Procurement Policies and Procedures.Have created and continue to create content for department Intranet site, divisional newsletter, purchasing magazines, Universtiy newsletter, etc. Created, wrote and storyboarded "fun" instructional videos (animated and live action) training videos. Created, shot and edited staff videos for team moral boosting. Stage large scale events such as annual supplier expo (yearly attendance approximately 700) and office supplier fair, etc.

Responsible for smooth airing of all WNET broadcasts. Prepared daily schedule for broadcasts, recorded programs, feeds and program records. Researched and determined program length, intermission and internal break duration. Disseminated program information to all station departments. Developed day/night operations log when WNET went on a 24-hour a day broadcast schedule.
