Leading a team of engineers ensuring fleet wide compliance with UK statutory legislation. Primarily the Offshore Installations (Offshore Safety Directive) (Safety Case etc.) Regulations 2015 and implementation of the Verification Scheme UK Continental Shelf and Barrier Management for our units operating in the and Norwegian Continental Shelf.Duties included: Preparation of HS&E Cases for MODUs currently working including BOWTIE Workshops and review of QRA, PFEER, EERA studies.Preparation of Verification Schemes, including ongoing initial suitability reviews for Safety and Environmental-Critical Elements. In addition, compliance with Class, Flag, SOLAS and MODU Code requirements.Working with 10 No. units operating worldwide including 2 No TSV's, 5 No mid water semi-sub drilling MODU's, 1 No Deepwater semi-sub drilling MODU and 2 No Deepwater drill Ships.

Fleet wide compliance with the Safety Case and Verification Scheme for our units operating in the UKCS. In addition general compliance with Class, Flag, SOLAS and Modu Code requirements. Working with 7 No. units operating worldwild including 2 No TSV's, 3 No semi sub drilling MODU's and 2 No drill Ships. Currently implementing the Offshore Installations (Offshore Safety Directive)(Safety Case) Regulations 2015 across the Dolphin Fleet.

Main responsibilities were Design and Detail of Structural Steel for Brownfield Assets both offshore and onshore using Microstation and PDMS. Other duties included checking of drawings for accuracy and technical content.

Design and Detail of various Mechanical Handling systems which included Lifting Beams, Skid Tracks and Jacking Systems. Work also included crane maintenance, removal of Boom Foot Pins, Boom Sections, Wire Ropes, Hook Blocks and the Design of Boom Transportation Frames. Lifting Plans Schematics for the removal of Generators, Pumps, WHRU units and Valves, Specifying all the required rigging to complete the job

Preparing material take off lists for new build houses and flats also preparing detailed drawings for differnet house types.
