Mr. McCall is a Senior Manager with over thirty-four years of experience in engineering, project management, and construction of projects at nuclear facilities. He has worked on PWR and BWR nuclear power plants. Before joining S&L, Mr. McCall was part of a team that added $2B of assets to Xcel’s Prairie Island and Monticello nuclear-generating plants over ten years. His broad experience includes studies, plant design, engineering, project management, construction, major equipment replacement, financial management, maintenance, and operations support. He was responsible for personnel implementing a 5-year project portfolio of over $500M. Mr. McCall is passionate about building quality products and empowering people using continuous improvement practices to exceed customer expectations. Sargent & Lundy is one of the world’s longest-standing full-service architect engineering firms. Founded in 1891, the firm is a global leader in power, energy, and decarbonization, with expertise in grid modernization, renewable energy, energy storage, nuclear power, fossil power, carbon capture, and hydrogen.
