Analyze and report monthly in-home clinical program appointment results to pharmaceutical clients using Excel, ThinkCell, Salesforce, and BatchGeo. Primarily focusing on TATs, cancellations, and rescheduled appointments as well as month-to-month therapy/first dose observation results relative to forecasting budgets.Runs/assists on(depending on program type)monthly metric meetings as well as quarterly business reviews(QBRs); frequent ad-hoc requests are completed with no hesitation & quick turnaround times. I moved over from EMR Remote and joined the COA team in January 2023; given my previous experience with inventory management it seemed like a great challenge for me to take and "branch out" to learn more about the company from another angle. In January 2022 I became an EMR Resource Coordinator for the Midwest & Gulf regions for EMR-Remote; making sure we sustained our monthly goals of 80-85% of projects pacing ahead as well as maintaining the regions' credential trackers weekly. Other duties included closing out CNA tickets and managing PNP released inventory daily. By April 2021 I was managing remote retrieval inventory for three regions(over 500k charts); the main goal was to ensure proper workflow of chart projects with relation to their due dates(set by the client). Within four months our past due statuses went from nearly 80% of all inventory down to less than 20%. I started as an on-site retrieval specialist with Arrohealth until Ciox purchased them in 2018. I used travel to medical offices/hospitals and scan medical records on behalf of insurance companies for chart reviews & audits. I have experience using AllScripts, Greenway, Centricity(GE), Cerner, IMS, eClinicalWorks, ChartMaker, and a few other lesser known EMR/EHR systems that are better performing than the ones I just mentioned! A few times a year I am asked to travel across the Northeast Region to retrieve large amounts of charts. I have been fully remote since October 2020, but still have secure access to hospital networks around the country, mainly using Epic. Since March 2018 I have been the main field tester of CioxSync, the chart retrieval software program(which is essentially Arrohealth's re-birthed paperless retrieval system); I single-handedly fixed the paper chart retrieval when the software was first launched and each new version update includes fixes to bugs I find as well as enhancements based on my suggestions(working closely with IT remotely).

I was drove four hours each way every weekend while still holding down my weekday job; also filled in when the main weather anchor took his well deserved vacations.Prepared and delivered forecasts for Fox40 News using Weather Central 3D:LIVE Fusion. Edited using Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017, assisted in studio (teleprompting) & in the control room(audio) when needed. Also made public appearances at town events; assisted in live shots/b-roll footage at breaking news stories and sporting events.

The site was an outlet to talk weather across the Philadelphia Metro area(including Northern Delaware and Southern New Jersey); I include a brief synopsis of that day(with almanac breakdown) and then discuss the next seven days ahead. I try to elaborate more on the use of ensemble model guidance and teaching people why models should NOT be taken at face value.

Chief meteorologist at FM News 101.9(WEMP-FM); provided live and pre-recorded weather forecasts every ten minutes on the 5s during morning drive time using Burli, RCS NexGen, and Abobe Audition. Live in-house and/or phone updates for breaking weather (hurricanes, snow storms, tornadoes, etc.) and special weather events (heat waves, holiday forecasts, etc.). Made public appearances at local events to help promote the station • Main meteorologist for sister station IQ 106.9(WWIQ-FM) in Philadelphia, PA(May 2012-July 2012): providing live and pre-recorded weather forecasts every ten minutes on the 10s during morning drive time.• Requested by IQ 106.9 management to provide a "coastal perspective" during Hurricane Sandy coverage(reporting and forecasting safely inside of my house in Toms River NJ) They called me "The Weather Geek" because I was so serious and passionate about the weather! What's wrong with talking about jet streams, vorticity, and the North Atlantic Oscillation(as long as you can explain it for the layman)? I bet your regular weather guy doesn't do that! If you have the degree, why not use it and help educate the public?
