• I have over 15 years of experience in Motorcycle & Snowmobile Clothing Design. Working with brands such as Teknic, Coldwave, Akito, Swift, OGK Helmets, Arai Helmets, Texport, Nitro Helmets & others. Products include, but not limited to, racesuits, jackets, jeans, gloves, boots & helmets.• I have also enjoyed working with professional athletes, for helmet & logo development, sponsored suit & team clothing designs, all meeting stringent team & sponsorship demands.• One of my main strengths is the ability to invent new ideas, construction methods or features to improve the marketing & performance of a product. As well as undertaking research & testing schedules to various worldwide standards, including CE for protection & garment manufacture to meet the required standards.• I have a range of contacts when it comes to the manufacturing all garments.• I also have contact with suppliers of components or created elements to supply the manufacturer. For example injected moulded parts – I would initially create the schematics for these. To then continue the process, I forward these drawings to CAD & Moulding specialists & collaborate with them to achieve the finished product.• I frequently visit factories all over the world, to communicate with the staff the desired fitting & technical aspects of the product so an accurate prototype can be produced, with any mass production issues resolved promptly.• I have the ability to undertake marketing functions by attending product launches & worldwide exhibitions. Where the technical aspects of the product are presented via PowerPoint or Keynote, I can produce these presentations & all animated & schematic elements therein. These elements can also be incorporated into point of purchase or sales support literature.• In past positions I have designed & produced catalogues which has involved co-ordinating photo-shoots for products, both “still life” & with models.
