In August 2013 I started SM coaching services offering youth players in Davis County Utah, individual or small group training sessions focusing heavily on technical and physical development. After moving back to the USA and Utah I restarted SM Coaching Services as Scott Mackenzie Coaching LLC. Offering individual coaching services to a select number of players through Davis county and salt lake county, Utah.

- To support the development of coaches in grassroots football - To support the delivery of The FA Vision , National Game Strategy (Better players & Workforce enabler) - To support the delivery of the FA Coaching Strategy- To promote the FA Future Game philosophy

- U14 Girls Regional Talent Centre Coach - Deliver PPA. - Provide teachers support to improve their confidence and competence when delivering physical education and sport in schools.- Mentor Teach in physical literacy and PE delivery. - Deliver and plan Multi Skills and multi sports sessions. - Contribute to program design. - Oversee the administration of all delivered programs.

- Work with the u10 squad to produce technical competent and physically able football players. - Focus on the individual player development within a team environment. - Work with the U16 age group to produce technically competent, tactically aware, and physically able football players. - Plan and deliver weekly sessions for both squads determined by a club curriculum.- Provide players with weekly feedback and performance objectives.

- Contribute content for the Coaching Manual website. - This includes using my experience and knowledge as a working football coach to critique, catalogue and create session plans.

~ Manage 4 competitive travel squads from a both male and female and from age 6 to 19. ~ Design and deliver coaching sessions based upon the clubs age appropriate player development curriculum ~ Use the FA's four corner model of long term player development in all planning to ensure holistic player development.~ Create a positive learning environment that promotes hard work and improvement as valuable commodities ~ Mentor less experienced coaches to become head coaches. ~Contribute to club policy with documents such as player/parent agreements and age appropriate curriculums.~ Create a library of appropriate player development resources.~ Effectively identify player abilities and place in the appropriate team for their continued development.~ Deliver internal coach education in multiple formats including field and classroom based.

~ Promote and Develop the Challenger Sports brand and business in Utah. ~ Maintain and expand relationships with existing stakeholders. ~ Supervise and Mentor coaches working in the Utah Region. ~Identify new opportunities in Utah for Challenger Sports Business. ~ Be the point of contact for Utah related business. Achievements~ Increased turnover in Utah by $100,000 for 2014. ~ Added 4 new British Soccer Summer Camps for the summer of 2015. ~ Created the first Challenger Sports after school soccer program in Utah.

~ Work with Youth Soccer Associations across 5 states in the USA to deliver high quality technical coaching. ~ Direct and deliver on Challenger Sports British Soccer Camps. ~ Plan, direct and deliver on Challenger Sports Mini Kickers Soccer program for players aged 2 to 5 years old. ~ Provide consultation for volunteer soccer programs across Utah to help grow and improve their program.~ Provide clubs with NSCAA accredited coach education clinics. Achievements~ Directed camps of up to 150 kids and 15 soccer coaches.~ Created a more efficient format for the South Cache Soccer league Academy. ~ Promoted to Academy Trainer after only 2 months with the company.

~ Plan and deliver coaching sessions for young players on the verge of Derby County Academy. ~ Facilitate a positive learning environment focused upon developing players across the FA's four corner model of long term player development. ~ Adopt a holistic and individualised approach to coaching.

~ Plan for and deliver after school football programs across Derbyshire and Staffordshire. ~ Lead and assist with Primary school P.E. cover. ~ Coach in community Football programs such as "Saturday Morning Soccer". ~ Lead and assist in Soccer stars holiday camps. ~ Record and collect attendances and payments for up to 7 different venues.

~ Elected by my peers to be the head coach for 5 wednesday playing University football teams. ~ Plan and prepare for 5 University teams training once a week. ~ Develop a playing style and strategy for all 5 wednesday playing teams. Achievements~ Three years BUCS 1A (First team).~ BUCS National Cup Semi Finalist (2010).
