Blue Light Champion | Mental Health and Wellbeing AdvocateIn my role as a Blue Light Champion, I am deeply committed to advocating for mental health and wellbeing within the emergency services. My passion for this cause is reflected in my active involvement in facilitating training across the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS), where I:- Promote Awareness: Raise awareness about mental health issues, breaking down stigma and fostering a culture of openness and support.- Facilitate Training: Lead training sessions that equip emergency service personnel with the tools and knowledge to manage their mental health and support their colleagues.
