Designed component models for a retrofit of lavatories for the Qantas Airlines A330, beginning from the initial design phase with industrial designers through the production of the units. Managed and approved the drafting of more than 400 drawings, as well as managed engineers with modeling and drafting revisions after First Article Inspection. Most recently, designed models and created technical drawings for the Qantas Airlines A330 Lavatory Program to improve original design robustness. Designed Delta Airlines MD-88/MD-90 Class Divider assemblies using modular concepts to reduce part count and allow ease of adjustment once installed. Researched airframe and airline parameters, modeled and drafted the dividers to accommodate three different aircraft configurations for more than 200 aircraft. Coordinated with Stress Engineer and Lead Engineer to finalize design during the review process. Additional cabin furnishing model design and technical drawing includes: Delta 737/757 class dividers, KLM 787 front row monuments, Delta 737 dividers, Delta 757 bins, Icelandair 767 bins, United 777/787 front row monument prototype, Austrian 777 partitions and video control center, ANA 777 partitions, Condor 767 bin fillers, JAL 767 bin fillers.
