Leading transformation activities in Openreach's Business & Corporate Delivery business. Architecture and delivery of transformation objectives and roadmap of this £1bn Revenue business unit, enabling organic growth & improved customer experience.

I led the Strategy, Transformation & CI agenda across BT Security, delivering our ambitious plans to grow Revenue & EBIT year on year. Being a part of the immensely successful transition in becoming a strong commercial business in 2015, whilst Protecting BT. This included creating the operating architecture & organisational design to double our professional resource from 1000 to 2000 employees. Whilst tripling sales & revenues to >£500m. I developed the Security Strategy around the core customer needs. Whilst growing, the cost structure was streamlined through multiple efficiency initiatives with savings and cost avoidance in the tens of millions, with an improved customer experience.

Head of CI for BT Security as part of BT Group, responsible for the rollout / upskilling of CI across T2R. Responsible for the development of the e2e core processes for L2C (£50m incremental revenue), C2M & Risk. Developed the new Security Operating model and coordinated the organisational re-structure.

MBB leading projects / team for BT Operate / Security. Developed a risk line of sight approach to maximise effectiveness and efficiency of controls deployed across a multitude of risks (protecting BT).
