I Grew up in Estherville, a town in Northwest Iowa. Usually people have no idea of this area until I mention Okoboji and the Iowa Great Lakes. Although I may have attended the "University of Okoboji" during summers, I received a degree in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State University. I have now made my home Kansas City and have been residing here since college, 1997. I am co-owner of a geotechnical, environmental and materials testing company, Kansas City Testing and Engineering. Myself and my company are currently licensed to perform business in 4 states, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska.
