Select Experience:Global Hospitality Company– Served as the Delivery Lead for the Research phase of a program that will consolidate processes and systems to enhance and simplify the Associate experience across hotels worldwide. As a team, we traveled globally to 22 different properties to observe daily associate tasks, perform value-time tracking, and ideate with associates to find ways to improve the current process of serving their guests. I led the team in creating a Current State Capability analysis that consisted of a document outlining current system capabilities that fed into visuals that outline functionality overlaps across systems and mapped the capabilities to Associate journey maps. Along with the current state analysis, we delivered an associate hierarchy of needs, personas, archetypes, and Associate journeys to help drive the future-state design of the new platform. Global Cruise Company – Served as Product Owner over various workstreams with the common goal of sensing and responding to guests' needs through embedding smart digital technologies into the physical environment of ships. Worked with the client to develop technology that empowers the crew to build one-on-one relationships with each of the thousands of passengers on board, allowing them to create a more personalized experience. Led Agile teams for 4 years across wearable technology integration and supply chain, e-commerce purchasing, inventory management, port check-in experience, Incident Management, and crew/guest-facing app development. The successfully delivered hyper-personalized guest experience has been referred to as “game-changing” by leaders in the industry.Global Telecommunications Company – Served as a User Interaction Designer on 15 different user-experiences that are viewed by millions of people worldwide on PC and mobile devices. Gathered 1,000+ client requirements in an Agile environment through storyboarding and designed 130+ low/high fidelity wireframes in Axure.

• Ensured the accuracy of the State of California’s C-IV Welfare Program and product upgrade implementation in accordance with the Affordable Care Act impacting 2.6 million recipients• Helped simplify the C-IV Welfare Program application process by creating 533 new forms consisting of 13 different languages and 41 different applications (increased form accessibility by 550%) • Resolved 47 discrepancies between actual and expected results (resulted in 141 hours saved)• Assisted in the development of testing project plans, timelines, and dependencies for monthly releases• Modernized C-IV Welfare Program’s website by validating 250 test conditions, executing detailed test scenarios, and documenting actual results of testing strips• Received highest intern ratings by Accenture management in both personal communication skills and adding value to the client resulting in a full-time job offer upon graduating
