Wyndham Park City- Park City, Ut

Responsible for the Front Office Operations, guest reception, bell, valet, and concierge services, for one of Wyndham's new, Presidential Reserve, luxury Vacation Ownership Resorts. * Pre-Opening Responsibilities - Responsible for the set-up, organization, and implementation, of all Front Office and Guest Service operations, for the new resort. Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, on boarding, and training of the Resort's opening Front Office and Guest Services team. * Achieved a passing score on each of 3 corporate audits under my responsibility, in the Resort's first year of operations. * Consistently ranked amongst the top 5% of resorts within the company, in the overall experience of both the owners and guests, who had stayed on property. * Maintained a #5 ranking in Trip Advisor, out of 76 specialty Resorts in Park City, UT.* Awarded Wyndham's coveted Cornerstone Award in the Resort's first year of operation. The Cornerstone award, is awarded to only a select handful of resorts each year, considered by the company, to be the top performers within the brand. Performance based upon a Resorts overall financial performance for the given year, a passing score on each of 6 unannounced corporate audits, the overall survey responses of both the owners and guests who stayed on property, and the results of a bi-annual Associate Opinion Survey, that allows associates, to rate their overall work experience at the resort.

Oversee nightly hotel operations including, but not limited to: Guest reception, nightly hotel audit, engineering department, In Room Dining operations, Guest Services, Security, Housekeeping, and general safety and security of the resorts property.

Responsible for the supervision of the all aspects of the Guest Services department, including but not limited to: Valet services, Bell services, 24 hour transportation department, package receiving and delivery, group amenity delivery, associate on-boarding and training, and seasonal ski storage, inventory, and transportation services.

Assisted in the opening of a state of the art resort activities center. Responsible for the oversight of ski valet services, ski rental and personalized fittings, back of house operations and retail operations. Helped develop and implement new operating procedures, training material, and inventory systems. Assisted in the supervision of a a full service summer activities program. Responsibilities included oversight of a full service bike rental/repair facility, daily lawn games and guest activities, archery program, guided hiking and biking tours, and retail operations.

Greater Atlanta Area

Oversaw operations for a multi unit franchise in the metro Atlanta area. Was responsible for all aspects of the day to day business operations. Managed a staff of 200+ associates and managers, implemented new training and on boarding procedures, prepared and processed company payroll, oversaw bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities, and was solely responsible for the management of all company bank accounts and payables. Was appointed as head of the Corporate culinary committee, and worked with corporate executives to streamline menu offerings and cost control systems franchise wide. Worked directly with my kitchen management to develop successful inventory and cost control systems to increase franchise profitability. Worked closely with the Corporate director of marketing, and was responsible for the creation and approval of all marketing material distributed in the Atlanta metro area.
