- Acted as the technical contact and planner for various mine support projects.- Developed an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering effective support work scopes for oil sand production.- Supported various haul road improvement scopes (new construction and remediation) to improve material delivery efficiency.

- Provided extended coverage as the mine technical support for two heavy civil contractors at Fort Hills.- Established mining sequences and dump options for overburden material movement in excess of 150 kt/day.

- Developed planning and execution packages for mine and tailings projects in the 2 week operating timeline. - Assisted in establishing ore blends and helped manage the mine’s ProVision/Dispatch systems which included shovel surfaces, limits, and material grades.- Collaborated with mine and tailings operations, contractors, field services and geotechnical QA.- Frequent use of Minescape, Xecute, ProVision, and Muk3D.

- Responsible for the collection, processing and analyzing of GPS, Lidar Scanning and UAV survey data to support the mine. - Assisted short range planning in establishing 2-week plans and managing geotechnical submissions.- Helped facilitate the expansion of UAV technology applications in the mine. - Improved efficiencies by implementing Excel VBA and GIS software into data processing workflows.- Frequent use of various Mine Planning, GIS, Survey and CAD software including MineScape, Global Mapper, Trimble Business Centre, and AutoCAD.

- Daily use of BIM software: Tekla Structures, the CISC Steel Construction Handbook, DraftSight CAD and MS Excel.- Reviewed and created engineered sketches, models and shop drawings.- Organized drawings for approvals and release to detailers.
