I have been very lucky to have worked in some amazing places over the years of hospitality, 2 rosette standard restaurants, cocktail bars, ale bars and numerous others. this has given me some great memories but also some key skills such as, finances, management, training staff, product knowledge of both food and alcohol and also being able to create or build a team from nothing to creating a fun filled team that has all the knowledge i have plus everything they already know. I believe that this will help me progress in any future employment i may have the opportunity to go into.
