The Executive Director of University Ministry promotes the Catholic Franciscan mission and identity of Marian University by developing a ministry program that invites students to encounter our loving God, discover their calling, and claim a role in restoring all of creation. The Executive Director of University Ministry provides collaborative leadership to ensure that University Ministry is known for its missionary character, rich worship, and education for justice as it encourages students to live as missionary disciples. This by leading a talented staff, empowering a student leadership model of ministry, and promoting collaboration with and integration with offices throughout campus.

Responsible for the oversight and management of all non-programmatic components including facilities and maintenance, construction and renovation projects, vendor relations, risk management, contracts, security, food service, and transportation.Serves as a member of the president's Operations Team that directs the vision and mission of the school.Staff Representative of the School Governing Board Finance and Facilities committees.Oversees annual $1 million+ department budget (excluding special/capital expense projects).

Ensure that the Vision Statement & the Catholic character of GCHS are integrated on a daily basis through all programs.2. Provide oversight to volunteer & service activities to ensure organizations are aligned with Catholic teaching3. Meet with potential school donors4. Coordinate faith speakers for convocations5. Develop & maintain relationships with parish & community partnersIII. STUDENT LIFE1. Developed & oversee new student government that provides students with opportunities to get involved at school2.
