My professional experiences for the past 15 years has been in Medical Supply and Device sales. I have been fortunate enough to be a part of many different levels of Medical Sales. I began my Medical Sales career as a co-owner of a DME company calling on the LTC market place and billing Medicare part B for urological, trach, ostomy and enteral feeding products and services. I sold my portion of the busienss and went to work for a Medical Supply Distributor. I was then recruited and became a successful Regional Manager for a multi-national medical supply manufacture. I managed and grew the Medical disposable buinsess in eight states in the Southeast.I was once again recruited and given the opportunity to become the Directore of Sales for a Regional company that provided a full line of respiratory products and services as well as a full line of wound care products and devices. I developed a successful sales strategy defining our product mix and services into a package that could be sold into the LTC, LTAC and Acute Care markets. My time in Medical Sales has allowed me to work with many National and Regional Home Care, Hospital and Long Term Care Chains. I have created many successful sales programs and annual plans. I enjoy working in creating annual sales budgets as well as hiring and compensation plans for sales and clinical staff. The marketing aspect of Medical Sales has allowed me to build brand recognition and promote our company within our current geographic foot. I have had the opportunity to development a strategic growth plan including operations and finance to build a solid platform for systemic growth.
