Primary responsibility was to:• Council RBC Executives on major capital investments regarding the optimization of RBC’s branch network. • Proactive analysis and detailed assessment of market opportunities across Canada supported with a comprehensive analysis yielding insights into RBC’s performance, market share, client growth, and effectiveness of branch distribution against changing market environments.• Completion of holistic market reviews to identify potential for growth and network optimization in order to formulate a three to five year market strategy, incorporating changes in client behaviour, demographics, and competitive activity.• Responsible for the creation of customized geodemographic datasets and models to streamline and improve efficiencies of Network Planning’s analytical processes.• Key supporter and contributor to a variety of strategies and initiatives within Personal & Commercial Banking these include: - Marketing - Pre and post campaign analysis of integrated media campaigns - Business Financial Services – Identification of market coverage and growth opportunities - Sales - Creator of annual compilation of Market Opportunity data for all RBC branches • Continuous management and oversight of multiple projects and yearly deliverables to ensure efficiency and timeliness
