Responsible for product development and sustainment of APNT systems aimed at US Department of Defense (DoD) and Multinational mounted platforms and client systems. Designed the solutions and product roadmaps for GPSS offerings for the Program Manager Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT) Mounted Assured Positioning Systems Generation 1 (MAPS GEN 1) and defined the minimum viable product and roadmap for an anticipated PM PNT led Low to Mid Tier Mounted APNT System and United States Marine Corps Mounted Assured Resilient Navigation (MARNAV) Program. Led GPS Source through dramatic change in product development practices by learning, training, coaching, mentoring, and implementing a tailored Agile approach across all departments ensuring organization wide alignment based on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The change led to product development processes that resulted in better performing solutions, decreased product defects, improved stakeholder involvement, and empowered engineering teams that were innovative, creative, and invested in developing solutions for warfighters that not only filled current capability gaps but offered the opportunity for leap ahead and overmatch adversary capabilities.Iimplemented organization wide quarterly planning events that aligned business objectives, external stakeholder requirements, product development and sustainment roadmaps, program deliverables, business development and sales needs to engineering resources and into a coherent, executable plan with high confidence of success. As an organizational leader, grew an environment to facilitate improvement by implementing retrospectives for all events such as quarterly planning, field tests, and Agile ceremonies. Improved the GPS Source Product Realization Process, redesigning and implementing several concepts into the process to move GPS Source from a day to day development process to Agile development with visibility of 2-3 years of product development.

Integrated into operations and planning positions at all organizational levels and in positions that influence, shape, research and develop, and acquire space related capabilities. Held positions as Army Space Support Team Leader, mobilizing to active duty and deploying team to Afghanistan from Oct 2012 to July 2013. Held the position of Company Commander for 36 months, standing up and achieving operational capability of the 5th Space Company. Mobilized to active duty to establish and build the Army Space Training Integration Branch, focusing on training Army Brigade Combat Teams in their Mission Essential Tasks while operating in a Denied, Degraded, Disrupted Space Operational Environment (D3SOE) from Oct 2016 to Oct 2020.

Support Contractor for the Joint Navigation Warfare Center, Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. Primary duty location with 2nd Space Operations Squadron, Schriever AFB, as liaison officer to the GPS Operations Center and Peterson Air Force Base and LNO to USASMDC/ARSTRAT. Provided Navigation Warfare Threat and Operations Training as guest instructor to Army Space Operations Officer Qualification Course and Army Space Basic Cadre Course, US Air Force Navigation Warfare Fundamentals, US Air Force Space Warfighter Prep Course, US Air Force Director of Space Forces Courses Course. Part of the JNWC Theater Navigation Warfare Coordination Cells to NORTHCOM and SOUTHCOM. Recognized as the JNWC's ground combat operations subject matter expert, called upon to brief senior military leaders in the United States Marine Corps and United States Army.

Held leadership positions across the breadth of the field artillery branch including Battery Commander (12 months in Operation Iraqi Freedom), Fire Support Officer, Military Personnel Exchange Program Officer (Royal Canadian Artillery School), Target Acquisition Platoon Leader, and Basic and Career Course student. Responsible for the employment of joint fire support and artillery capabilities in support of military operations and training events. Responsible for the overall readiness of soldiers, teams, and equipment to conduct full spectrum of military operations.
