One of my greatest skills is the ability to analyze and create more efficient ways of doing things. I was practicing Six Sigma skills for years and I now have my Green Belt in Six Sigma.With over 26 years as a highly successful operations manager and IT professional I oversaw the simultaneous operations of two businesses. I pride myself on office efficiency, quality control, and helping to achieve a 99% customer retention rate and slash cost in all areas of operations by up to 30%. I also spearheaded special projects recognizing industrial trends to provide cutting edge products to clients.Information Technology is another area in which I have 25 years of experience. From hardware, software, networking, security, and web development I have a firm grasp in most areas of IT. Computer technology is my first love and I hope to start my second career in IT networking or security as to expand my decision making skills and knowledge.
