One of 2 directors at Precise Installs, my primary duty is to manage the contracts side of our business. At an organisational level I’m deeply involved in the planning and implementation of our overall business strategy. An ambitious and forward-looking firm, we place huge importance on delivering customer delight by staying at the forefront of industry developments. I invest considerable time and energy expanding my industry knowledge and expertise and am proud to have secured, managed and delivered contracts with the likes of Wilson Developments, Portakabin, Mackenzie Construction and Plan View. On a day to day basis, I oversee all contract work carried out by the firm and provide support and solutions to the teams working on site.Particularly proficient at planning and organising, I’m responsible for the implementation of our Company Policies and oversee Health and Safety in my role as H&S Director. Described by others as approachable, patient and understanding, I’m someone who instinctively sees opportunity when faced with a problem.Like all the engineers at Precise, I’m Gas Safe Registered. I’m also a SNIPEF Member. I have a range of qualifications and accreditations, including: SVQ level 3 plumbing; CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1; UKASL asbestos awareness; SMSTS accreditation and BPEC Water bylaws. In my earlier life, I worked in Australia.On a personal level, I have a real and genuine interest in Business Management and the art of good business practice. I’m enthralled by the possibilities opened up by renewable technology and sustainable living. I practice mindfulness, adore hillwalking and get a buzz out of anything outdoors-y. I see solutions where others see problems and love to learn and develop on a personal as well as a professional level. I’m interested in connecting with people who share my interest in large scale plumbing and heating; construction in general, and renewable technologies within the construction industry.
